JoyShort and all its intellectual property (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, trademarks, logos, layout designs, and formatting, hereinafter referred to as "Platform Content") are owned by Us, our licensors, or both (as applicable). You may not use them for commercial purposes in any manner without our prior written consent.
All short drama content displayed on this app has been legally licensed. If users discover any infringement, they may report it via [service@joyshort.com], and upon verification, the app will immediately remove the relevant content.
"Intellectual property" refers to the following rights: copyrights, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents, and all other types of intellectual property, whether registered or not (anywhere in the world). We and our licensors reserve all rights to any intellectual property related to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in JoyShort except those necessary to access JoyShort. 4.2 Your Account is unique to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and password and restricting access to them, and you agree to be liable for all purchases and other activities conducted under your Account.
4.3 You may delete your Account, but you should understand that once your Account is deleted, you will lose all data (such as purchase/subscription data, viewing data, search history, account information, etc.).
4.4 We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, particularly if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.
5.1 Unless prohibited by applicable law, you may not:

- Modify the Services;

JoyShort is committed to creating a diverse and high-quality experience for you and offers a variety of subscription features. By paying the corresponding fees, you can enjoy exclusive specific services or exciting content.
6.1 Subscription Types:
- Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Provide convenient and continuous service access, covering flexible cycles such as monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, to meet your needs for different durations and ensure uninterrupted enjoyment of high-quality services.
- One-Time Subscriptions: Provide access to specific content or time-limited specialized services.
6.2 Subscription Fees and Payment Methods:
- Transparent Pricing: The detailed fees for subscription services will be clearly and intuitively displayed to you when you confirm your subscription.
- Payment Authorization: You acknowledge and agree to complete subscription payments through the valid payment method bound to your JoyShort account.
- Payment Protection: If a payment fails, we may have to suspend or terminate your active subscription services to maintain fairness and sustainability.
6.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Rules:
- Auto-Renewal: If you opt for an auto-renewable subscription, your exclusive services will automatically renew before each period ends. The corresponding fees will be deducted from your payment account according to your pre-set payment method.
- Cancellation: If you wish to adjust your subscription plan, you may cancel auto-renewal through JoyShort's self-service functions before the subscription expires; if you have any questions, you may contact customer service. After canceling auto-renewal, the paid subscription services for your current cycle will still continue in full until the end.
- Refund Policy: Unless required by laws and regulations, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Please carefully confirm your needs before subscribing.
6.4 Changes and Termination of Subscription Services:
- Platform Optimization Rights: We reserve the right to reasonably modify or terminate subscription services at any time based on operational needs, market trends, and other factors.
- Major Change Notifications: In the event of major changes that may affect your rights, we promise to notify you promptly through prominent in-app messages or email to your registered email address to ensure you are fully informed.
- Violation Handling: If you violate these Terms while using subscription services, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription services to maintain a fair and orderly service environment, and paid fees will not be refunded.
6.5 User Responsibilities and Obligations:

If a consensus cannot be reached through communication, both parties agree to resolve the matter through legal channels in accordance with the law to safeguard legitimate rights and interests fairly and impartially.

Any disputes between you and JoyShort shall be governed by the latest Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
JoyShort makes the Services available "as is" and "as available," which means the platform may have various known or unknown issues or errors. By using the Services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks. You must exercise caution and use your own judgment during use.
We cannot guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor can we guarantee protection against viruses or other harmful elements. You acknowledge that you use the Services and any materials or content obtained through them at your own risk, and we are not liable for any property losses (such as computer equipment failure, mobile device damage, or data loss).
Regarding all content on the Services, including but not limited to episodes and graphic materials, and related intellectual property, JoyShort does not warrant availability, delivery timeliness, performance, price stability, or timely release. Specifically, we cannot guarantee that creators will release subsequent episodes on time, that works will continue to be displayed on the platform, or that service prices will remain unchanged.
The platform is not responsible for the deletion or failure to save information you upload (such as feedback), nor does it promise to retain such information. Please back up data independently to prevent loss.
JoyShort shall not be liable for service interruptions, abnormalities, or failure to meet your expectations due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.), fires, terrorist attacks, extreme weather changes, national emergencies (public health incident controls), labor disputes, supplier failures (supply interruptions, defective products), government policy adjustments, or compliance requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we also do not guarantee:
- The Services will meet your personalized needs or that user content you wish to view will be available at all times;
- The Services will operate continuously, stably, promptly, securely, and without errors;

10.2 You are responsible for your use of the platform and shall indemnify and hold harmless JoyShort and its managers, directors, employees, advisors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way related to:

- Any disputes or issues between you and any third party. Although JoyShort always seeks to avoid litigation, the decision to initiate or proceed with litigation rests solely with JoyShort. Your indemnification and cooperation obligations under these Terms shall remain enforceable even if this Agreement terminates or expires.
These Terms take effect from the date of publication and constitute the entire agreement between you and JoyShort.
Our failure to exercise, delay in exercising, or partial exercise of any rights under law or these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect our ability to exercise such rights in the future.
